Wild Women Exhibition Opening

This show explores gender expression in a contemporary context. It brings together intersectional feminism with a challenge to stereotyped gender identities and the construction of "womanhood". Our artists explore concepts of gender roles, gender expression, and empowerment.

We don't believe that you have to "get art" to enjoy art. So our openings aren't about showing how much you know about the history of anything - they're about celebrating the bravery of artists to put their stuff out in the world, and supporting some of the amazing up and coming talent our town and region have to offer.

Our openings are all formatted like an afternoon tea party.

Alcohol-free, family-friendly, snacks and drinks on the house. We will be providing cafe-style drinks, cake and sweets, some savoury options. Gluten free and vegan options available.

Come hang with us!
